Today is a special day, as the "giving" in Giving Tuesday is all about donating ... like your time to help feed people, your money to a local charity, unused items in your home.
TODAY, we announce our yearly One Warm Coat drive for mid-December. HOWEVER for Giving Tuesday, we are accepting coats and monetary contributions TODAY and they'll be part of our December donation drive.

The numbers tell the story. In 30 years, the impact of One Warm Coat is astounding:

Event with these amazing numbers, there is still a great need!
One Warm Coat's mission is to provide coats to those in need, free of charge, without discrimination or obligation, while promoting sustainability and repurpose of outerwear, and creating connections in local communities by fostering volunteerism!
EVERYONE can help by donating to our annual coat drive! Last year we received over 100 coats, sweaters and sweatshirts! This year our goal is 250 coats and $250 donations in 10 days.
When: November 20 - December 4, 2023
Where: 869 Buchser Way, San Jose
Donations include new and slightly used coats, sweaters, sweatshirts, gloves, scarves, and hats.
There are drop-off boxes on our porch.

One Warm Coat recently kicked off our 30th coat drive season! Since 1992, One Warm Coat has supported more than 43,000 coat drives and has distributed 7.3 million coats, for free and without discrimination.
