We first approached Jim for his property management services for our rental condo in Downtown San Jose. During our initial discussions, Jim presented us with some eye-opening options that we never had known about or considered. Long story short, we sold our condo are now in the process of purchasing five units in another state, increasing our cash flow by 3X! We handed Jim a tough one when we asked him to sell our 100 year old Queen Anne house that had been converted to an eight unit boarding house sometime in the ‘60s. The tenants were an eclectic mix of single men each with their own issues. Whether it be fighting addiction or having some sort of social paranoia. They didn’t want any changes and voiced their feelings to any buyers that showed up for viewings. Jim navigated these treacherous waters with professionalism and experience. Thanks Jim.
