Phase 2 – Listing Preparation
#5 Work in Cooperation with Seller to prepare home for market and provide resources to assist.
#6 Coordinate inspections and complete disclosure package for buyers access online.
#7 Coordinate Staging and Preparation for professional photos, video and floor plan mapping.
#8 Manage photo, video, drone shots, and floor plan mapping to maximize online presence.
#9 Create web page and prepare third party websites for maximum exposure.
#10 Target market to high potential buyers and agents.
Phase 3 – Go Live on Market
#11 Go Live on MLS and populate our hundreds of third party websites that we have agreements with.
#12 Implement Open House, Broker Tour and Twilight Tour marketing plans
#13 Communicate daily updates including but not limited to online traffic, disclosure downloads and showings.
Phase 4 – Solicit and review Offers
#14 Respond and promptly follow up to all inquiries in order to solicit offers
#15 Validate, Research and Review Offers with Seller and make recommendations.
Phase 5 – Escrow Process after Offer Acceptance
#16 Summarize timelines, create transaction expectations and communicate regular milestones with all parties.
#17 Review Escrow documentation prior to signing off final papers and accompany seller at final sign off to answer any questions.
#18 Prepare for moving by going through moving checklist
