  • Initial Marketing and Tenant Placement (Includes 3d Tour, professional photos, and online advertising)- $995

    Monthly Management Fee - 10% of gross Rents for the first 6 months and 5% thereafter (Resets to 10% with placement of new Tenants)

  • According to the agreement, the property manager has the authority to authorize repairs up to $350 without requiring the landlord's permission. However, through the online platform, the landlord receives notifications for maintenance tickets. If the required work exceeds $350, it is carried out only after the landlord approves bids for the work.

  • Unlike most property management companies that collect rent in your name, deposit it into their trust account, and pay you after deducting expenses (which can take up to 15 days), our platform offers a different approach. With us, the tenant pays you directly through our payment system. Expenses, on the other hand, are billed separately and can be paid either 10 days after receiving the invoice or on the first day of the month.

  • As part of the initial setup, we offer a professional 3D Tour and multiple high-quality photos. These assets can be utilized repeatedly in the future to minimize vacancy periods. Even before the current tenant vacates the property, we can start advertising it using the existing materials.
